I decided to go out tonight and try o capture a picture of Neowise. I have seen many impressive images of the comet so I wanted to try my hand at it. The greatest zoom my lenses have is 70mm, so I was a little worried that the comet would be too small to see well in a photo, however, this was not the case! I was able to see the comet with its striking tail in my photographs so I was very pleased. I may have to go out another night this weekend and see if I can get an even better shot now that I am more experienced with photographing this comet!

My name is Gavin Walters and I love photography! It is incredible going out in to the world and taking in all the different sights and scenery and being able to capture the moment and relive it through a photo! Photography has also shown me all the incredible details that the world has; especially while taking close-up photos. I do landscape photography, macro photography, night photography, and more!
